Mission Statement: Fast, unbiased home appraisals and property valuations at a fair and reasonable price.

  • All of the PHA appraisers and subcontractors have completed Fair Housing, Bias and Discrimination training persuade to Virginia state law.

We understand that we are representing our clients when providing home appraisal services and we take this responsibility very seriously. In addition to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), which governs our appraisal standards, we have implemented strict company policies that require each of our appraisers to:

  • Dress professionally

  • Arrive at the scheduled appointment time

  • Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor

  • Refrain from discussing values during the inspection/data collection phase

  • Provide valuation services in an unbiased manner

Each member of our team is intimately familiar with all aspects of the real estate appraisal industry, making them uniquely qualified to perform thorough, accurate appraisals. Our principals have more than 30 years of experience appraising properties through several real estate cycles in the Northern Virginia and Tidewater markets. We understand the dynamics of changing markets and their effects on property values.
