Meet the Team

Troy started his career in real estate appraisal in 2001 as an Appraiser Trainee, assisting with field inspections in the Washington, DC Metro Area. In 2002, he joined RHR Appraisals, where he gained the necessary experience and education to become a Certified Residential Appraiser. In 2007, he founded Premier Home Appraisals. His greatest pride comes from mentoring Matt, who is also his brother-in-law.

Troy was born in Manassas, VA, and has lived in various locations in Northern Virginia, including Herndon, Warrenton, Manassas, Fairfax, Haymarket, and Lake Frederick. He holds a Degree in Fire Science from Northern Virginia Community College and served as a volunteer Firefighter/EMT for 15 years. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, trail running, participating in Spartan races, attending CAPS games, skiing, and spending time with his family in the mountains of Asheville, NC.

Matt’s real estate career began in 2011 with Premier, having received his Certified Residential Appraiser license in 2014. He is an active member of the Williamsburg LEAD leadership program, the Williamsburg Area Associate of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Matt proudly owns and operates the Richmond, Williamsburg, Hampton Roads (Tidewater) office with a determined focus on providing reliable and honest valuation services that serve and protect the best interests of his clients and community.

Matt attended Old Dominion University on a swimming scholarship and graduated from Pensacola State College. He has lived in Williamsburg with his beautiful wife and daughter since 2000. Matt’s interests include church, outdoor activities with family and friends, traveling, swimming, and participating in community outreach organizations.
